通过亲脂性芘探针（pyrene probe）定量监测细胞膜、微胶粒（micelles）和微囊（vesicles）的膜流动性（membrane fluidity）。细胞膜和细胞质微管/微纤维的动力学特征，以及微胶粒和微囊内脂质的动态运动在以下大量领域内具有重要意义，比如多形核白细胞活化和趋药性、膜酶系统活化、微管和微纤维的特定组装或运动性、趋化性因子受体吸附性的增强，以及与膜流动性相关的各种病理综合征的关联性研究。检测原理： It is not necessary to have a polarized fluorescence spectrometer (for fluorescence polarization） in order to measure the eximer levels in cells. Usually I shoot for 60-80% confluency for my experiments. If you have to let the cells adhere overnight, you will need to adjust for the cells growing during that time period. Confluent cells often change their biology compared to actively growing cells.
